This position is based with our team at Erskine Park and work closely with our team based at Enfield Park. This team's responsibility is to ensure the smooth operations of the site's materials handling system. The team report to the Performance Manager Intralogistics New South Wales/ Queensland and has a strong focus on Health and Safety and teamwork. Think Safe Act Safe Home Safe.

About The Role

Working as part of a small, committed team, responsibilities will include

  • Install and perform diagnostic tests on the system
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, faults, freight jams and breakdowns
  • Complete necessary repairs to restore the system to full functionality
  • Schedule maintenance tasks using MEX
  • Attend to breakdowns
  • Check the SCADA system, managing freight data and messages
  • Monitor the availability of spare parts
  • Maintain tidy work environment, adhering to industry regulations
  • Follow Health and Safety policies and procedures

About you

Your qualifications, experience and attributes will include -

  • A full New South Wales Electrical Licence - Essential
  • Experience with PLC fault-finding, SCADA systems and Asibus control system
  • Knowledge of fault diagnostics systems and processes
  • Broad knowledge of freight handling systems or similar
  • Prior experience working through preventative maintenance schedules
  • Experience working on VSDs and motor assemblies
  • Excellent team collaboration approach
