About the role

As an experienced Administrator with exposure to training or education you will report to the Executive General Manager Client Operations based in Brisbane. You will support our Client Operations Leadership Team and the Operations and Maintenance teams across Australia with the following:

  • Support the site managers with onboarding new starters, booking site inductions, training and arranging clearances and access cards
  • Complete monthly Health, Safety and Quality reports for internal and external use
  • Create and maintain database with site teams' skill and competency training matrix, training register and manuals or processes
  • Monitor scheduled trainings, refresher courses, renewals of licences
  • Develop, implement and administer processes and document management control for the sites
  • Support the development of a master register recording all site's spare parts, available and on order
  • Resolve freight, delivery and invoicing discrepancies
  • Provide regular reports and updates on spare part usage and requirements across the sites

About you

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude, you'll bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a customer-centric outlook, you'll add value to the team through your:

  • Ability to build constructive positive relationships
  • Previous experience working with a range of stakeholders
  • Balancing competing priorities to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
  • Experience in document control and maintaining databases and registers
  • Experience producing documents for communication to a broad audience
  • Exposure to BI and dashboard reporting will be beneficial
