About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a global company in a role where you will enjoy variety and be comfortable managing competing demands. Based on reception, and supporting an office with over 100 team members, no two days will be the same. At any time you could be answering in-coming calls, greeting visitors, organising couriers or receiving deliveries, as well as supporting with Administration across multiple business units including Accounts and Health & Safety.

A role with a huge amount of variety, duties include:

Office Administration

  • General administration support to the office
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Preparing banking
  • Ordering stationery and other office supplies
  • Supporting with the preparation of presentations and tenders
  • Assisting with Health and Safety administration.

Accounts Administration

  • Supporting with month end processes
  • Running weekly reports
  • Managing both digital and physical filing
  • Updating cashflow forecasts
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable and Receivable function
  • Reconciling Petty Cash
  • And more!

As a social ambassador, you will play a key role in organising social events and know the importance of celebrating important business and personal milestones.

About You

Although we would love to see some administration experience, we value attitude and are looking for a real go getter looking to start their career in a role that they can shape and develop. Ideally you will have:

  • Exposure to administration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • The ability to manage workloads
  • Proactive approach to tasks, no micro managing!
  • Strong people skills which allow you to develop effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to use initiative and past experience to think creatively and develop new ways to improve current methods
